I take insurance two ways: directly contracted with eight major Utah plans, and through Tava Health for Aetna, Cigna, and 100+ other plans. All sessions are conducted over secure video.
Telehealth means you don't need to be near me physically. I see clients from every part of Utah, including Layton, Salt Lake City, Ogden, Provo, St. George, Park City, Logan, Cedar City, Sandy, West Jordan, and the Wasatch Front generally.
You need to be physically located in Utah at the time of the session. All sessions are conducted over secure video.

Sessions billed directly to your insurance. You pay your standard behavioral health copay, typically $5 to $45.

Anywhere in Utah. Because sessions are telehealth, I see clients from Salt Lake City, Ogden, Layton, Provo, Park City, St. George, Logan, and every other part of the state. You need to be physically located in Utah at the time of your session.
I'm directly in-network with SelectHealth, PEHP, Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Optum, UMR, GEHA, and University of Utah Health Plans. Aetna, Cigna, Evernorth, Carelon, Medica, MotivHealth, and 100+ other plans are handled through Tava Health. Private pay is $150 per session.
$150 per session for private pay clients. Some clients prefer this for privacy reasons, since nothing is billed to insurance and no diagnosis is required for the record.
Utah state law requires the client to be physically located in a state where the provider is licensed at the time of the session. I'm licensed in Utah, Colorado, Montana, and Texas. If you're in Utah at session time, we're covered. If you travel out of state temporarily, we can only meet if you're in one of my four licensed states.
I take Healthy U, which is Utah's Medicaid managed care plan through University of Utah Health Plans. I don't take fee-for-service Medicaid directly.
