Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor
I am a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor based in Utah, providing telehealth therapy across six states. My clinical background spans every major level of care in the mental health system: outpatient private practice, a specialty OCD and anxiety clinic, adult psychiatric inpatient, PHP/IOP for co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, and residential treatment for adolescents and young adults with neurodevelopmental disorders.
That range is not accidental. I built my career across settings because the people I work with don't fit neatly into one. Autism co-occurs with anxiety. OCD shows up alongside demand sensitivity. Depression and substance use layer on top of everything. Treating one condition while ignoring the rest is how treatment stalls. I work with the full picture.
I spent four years as a primary therapist at a residential treatment center for adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders. That experience is where my work with autism and demand sensitivity deepened into genuine specialization. It is also why I can help families navigate the treatment landscape: I know what residential treatment looks like from the inside, not from the brochure.
Together with Rachelle Manco, LCSW, I co-developed the RELATE framework, the first structured clinical intervention for Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA). RELATE is now published, with a professional clinical manual and a parent book available at relatepda.com.
