GEHA (Government Employees Health Association) covers federal employees, federal retirees, US Postal Service workers, and eligible family members. If you have GEHA in Utah, I'm directly in-network. My office bills GEHA directly, and you pay your standard behavioral health copay after each session.

A little about how I work

Most of the people I work with are not in crisis. They're a lot more ordinary than that. They're carrying work stress that's leaked into everything else. They're drinking a little more than they used to. They're arguing about the same thing with their spouse for the third year running. They're not sleeping well. They've got a kid they don't know how to help.

I've spent years in mental health settings ranging from outpatient private practice to adolescent residential treatment. I know what real distress looks like. I also know what "life is grinding me down and I don't know why" looks like. Both are worth taking seriously. More about me →
