Telehealth therapy for adults and teens. No commute. Ages 13 and up.
I'm based in Layton, Utah. I run a telehealth-only practice, which means my clients from Layton, Kaysville, Clearfield, Syracuse, and Farmington don't drive to me. We meet over secure video from wherever you already are. If you live or work in Davis County and want a therapist who's local to your area, insurance-covered, and easy to book with, that's what I offer.
Layton, Kaysville, Clearfield, Syracuse, Farmington, Bountiful, South Weber, Roy, Riverdale, and other Davis County areas. Also Weber County to the north (Ogden, Roy, Riverdale) and northern Salt Lake County to the south.
Because sessions are telehealth, you save the drive time. Sessions from your home, office, car (parked), or anywhere private with a decent internet connection.
Directly in-network in Utah with:
Plus Aetna, Cigna, and 100+ more plans via Tava Health. Private pay is $150 per session.
Most of the people I work with are not in crisis. They're a lot more ordinary than that. Work stress that's leaked into everything else. Drinking that's crept up. Sleep gone sideways. A relationship stuck on the same argument. A kid they don't know how to help.
I've spent years in mental health settings ranging from outpatient private practice to adolescent residential treatment. I know what real distress looks like. I also know what "life is grinding me down" looks like. Both are worth taking seriously. More about me →

Yes. Because sessions are telehealth, I see clients from all Davis County areas including Kaysville, Clearfield, Syracuse, Farmington, Bountiful, South Weber, and surrounding areas. You just need to be physically in Utah at the time of the session.
I typically see clients weekdays. Evening slots are available for people who can't step away from work during the day. Scheduling is done through Tava at booking or through my practice management system after the first session.
Yes. I see adolescents ages 13 and up. Davis School District families and private school families both have access to my practice through their insurance plans. Parent involvement varies by the teen's age and what makes sense.
