I'm in-network with 100+ insurance plans through Tava Health across Utah, Colorado, Montana, and Texas. This includes most major commercial carriers and the TPA networks built on top of them.

13 years and older. Adolescents, young adults, adults, and parents.
24-hour notice required. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full session rate.
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for services. You can ask for a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling a service, or at any time during treatment. If you are billed for more than the estimate, you may be able to dispute the bill.
