Available in all licensed states: Utah, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, and Texas.
12 years and older. Adolescents, young adults, adults, and parents.
24-hour notice required. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full session rate.
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for services. You can ask for a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling a service, or at any time during treatment. If you are billed for more than the estimate, you may be able to dispute the bill.
